What other people think of me is none of my business! (makes it easier to shake things off)

How important will this be to me in 5 minutes? 5 days? 5 years from now? (keeps the panic attacks down)

and my favorite since I was a teen comes from Snoopy:
Life is too short not to live it up a little!

“don’t take anything personally.” this has helped me cut down on the things I choose to let bother me on a daily basis. I used to let snide comments from others eat away at me all day, but now I remind myself that whatever they’re going through probably had nothing, or at least very little, to do with me.

“is your integrity worth _______?” when facing a moral dilemmna…it helps me make the right decision

I would also have to add “treat each patient like she’s your mother” and also, “don’t judge until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes”
