And it feels like a definition that focuses on movement (action, 
going forward, etc.).  I believe that happiness is a very in-the-moment, 
present, right now kind of emotion that does not require, in
that space, any ambition.  It&#039;s just about being content with
what is.  Period.</description>

&quot;Valid Happiness is the momentarily feeling of things being A STEP BETTER for keeping human DNA alive, including love, beauty, SYMBIOSIS (moral, helping others and vice versa), bravery, creation, etc. It confirms what has just been done and encourages us to go farther and is just like a green light indicating the right way toward keeping DNA alive.
